Dr. 海伦涌 is an industrial-organizational psychologist with broad scholarship interests in narrative and storytelling, 领导, and spirituality and faith in work. She is passionate about examining the narratives that animate people in their work, 领导 models and practices that foster inclusive communities, and the role of organizations in developing just ecosystems for individual and collective flourishing. She teaches courses in organizational behavior, 动机, 领导 and teams, and history and systems of psychology.
In addition to teaching, Dr. Chung is co-founder and principal of Pathways Coaching and Consulting. Prior to her appointment in the School of Psychology, Family, and 社区, Dr. Chung held the role of assistant professor of Management in the School of Business, 政府, and 经济学 at SPU.
